We want you to feel safe in your exceptional deals, when you book with Flighthex. because of which, we will match the cheapest rate (including taxes and fees) for the same flight itinerary that is been given and available for booking on a significant OTA competitor's site within twenty-four (24) hours of submitting your booking. On the other hand, if you to prefer, we will decline your booking with us and give you a full refund.
That's what our Price Match Promise (PMP) is.Queries? The following are a few remarks::
Every single aspect associated with every dealing will be sure to match the airline(s), flight number(s), itinerary, date(s), customer measure, and seat type provided the same itinerary was used.
The itinerary you found is actually live on a significant OTA competitor's page and available for public booking at the time you contact us, verified by our customer service representatives. A "major OTA competitor"—what 's that?
To get started with the PMP, send an email to support@flighthex.com with your Flighthex booking number, the necessary details regarding the least expensive itinerary (airline(s), flight(s), itinerary, date(s), the number of travellers, and seat type), and any additional supporting information (such as screenshots or a specific URL) that will enable our customer care personnel to verify that the itinerary conforms with the PMP's terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to reject any claims that lack reasonable verification or include inaccurate details. Customer service has to utilize the information you offer to identify the lower fare. You will have the option to either cancel your appointment and receive a full refund or retain your itinerary and receive a refund for the difference in the total cost once our representative verifies the PMP's application.
The PMP does not apply to fares that can be obtained only through the usage of a coupon or other promotion that is not available to the general public, corporate discounts or rates, group, charter, rewards programs, incentives, meetings, convention, or consolidator fares, or fares that are offered on websites and membership plans
We disagree with "Web Only" fares, bulk, military, student, government, tour operator, or vacation package fares. Tickets issued under a "bidding" or "auction" model, or "opaque" tickets—where the airline booking details are unknown until after purchase—are excluded by the PMP. Fare blunders are excluded, too.
